SEBI E-Adjudication Portal

The E-Adjudication portal is a dedicated platform designed to streamline and digitize all the steps involved in quasi-judicial proceedings by providing a centralized online environment. The portal provides seamless interaction between Quasi-judicial authorities of SEBI, Noticees and their Authorized Representatives. The platform facilitates the issuance and receipt of Show Cause Notices (SCNs), Hearing Notices (HNs) and final SEBI Orders in an electronic format. Additionally, Noticees will have the flexibility to submit formal requests for inspections, extensions of time to file replies or adjournments of hearing etc. through the portal. The online system is designed in compliance with legal principles and will be accessible to approved users only. While this portal represents a significant digitization of regulatory quasi-judicial proceedings, it is introduced as a parallel online system to the existing physical quasi-judicial framework.
